What counts as a chat message?
Each message you send to the assistant counts as one chat message toward your monthly bundle. Every plan includes a monthly bundle — 20 messages on the free tier, 200 on Starter, and 2,000 on Pro. On Starter and Pro, messages beyond the bundle are billed as overage ($0.10 and $0.05 per message respectively).
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Plans are managed from the dashboard and billed through Stripe — you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time, and annual billing gives two months free.
What's included in Enterprise?
Enterprise plans are custom: unlimited chat messages and agent runs, unlimited agents, extended historical data, and data products including APIs, low-latency streams, and MCP access. Contact sales@wingbits.com for a quote.
