Data distribution

Add independent aviation data to the products your customers already use.

Wingbits is an aviation data supplier. Fuse observations from our exclusive receiver network with an existing feed to add coverage and granularity, including stronger coverage in some regions and airports.

AI is one way to consume the data, alongside APIs, embedded products, marketplaces, and operational systems.

Why fuse Wingbits

A stronger stream starts with independent observations.

Keep the providers and processing your product already uses. Add a distinct source where Wingbits observations can improve coverage and give downstream users a finer-grained view.

Existing aviation feed plus Wingbits-exclusive stations produces a fused commercial stream with broader coverage and finer granularity.

Network evidence

Every Wingbits station adds a distinct source.

Every station is exclusive to the Wingbits network. Its received aircraft broadcasts therefore add an independent network input, rather than duplicating a ground station shared with another provider. Multiple customer deployments have validated the incremental value of that coverage.

01

Independent network coverage

Every Wingbits ADS-B station is exclusive to the Wingbits network, so it adds an independent source when fused with another feed.

Coverage and granularity

Customer deployments have validated that Wingbits can add coverage and finer granularity, including stronger coverage in some regions and airports.

Products and delivery

Choose the data and delivery path.

License current Wingbits products through a request-based API, typed gRPC integration, NATS live stream, or a provider-matched approach agreed for the partnership.

What partners can build

Built for distribution, embedding, marketplaces, and data fusion.

Package the data for direct resale, enrich an established feed, embed it inside a customer product, or make it available to downstream applications and AI systems through your existing channel.

01

Reseller or distributor

Package Wingbits data within an existing commercial aviation-data offering.

02

Embedded or OEM partner

Embed Wingbits observations inside software, hardware, or a customer-facing product.

03

Data marketplace

List and deliver Wingbits data through an established buyer marketplace.

04

Strategic data partner

Combine complementary datasets or coverage to create a stronger joint product.

Partner operating model

Take only the geography your customers need.

Provide coordinates for a town, city, airport, region, or country and receive a scoped live stream. Your product does not need to ingest a global feed simply to discard observations outside its market.

Only the geography you need

Provide coordinates for a town, city, airport, region, or country and receive a scoped live stream instead of cleaning a global feed.

02

Engineering access and SLAs

Custom agreements can include a dedicated Slack channel, direct development-team access, and a service-level agreement shaped around the integration.

03

Partner-aligned commercial models

Qualified distribution agreements can use generous revenue-share models aligned with how the partner brings Wingbits data to market.

Buyer questions

Distribution partner questions.

Why add Wingbits to an existing aviation data feed?

Wingbits contributes observations from stations that are exclusive to our network. Fusing those observations with an existing feed can add coverage and finer granularity without forcing a distributor to replace its current providers.

Does Wingbits replace another aviation data provider?

The distribution proposition is designed around complementing an existing commercial stream. Partners can retain their current sources and use Wingbits to strengthen coverage, granularity, or a specific regional product.

How do exclusive Wingbits stations improve a fused stream?

Every Wingbits ADS-B ground station is unique to the Wingbits network, so its aircraft-broadcast observations are an independent input rather than another copy of a receiver shared with a different network.

Where does Wingbits have stronger coverage?

Coverage varies by location, but customer deployments have validated stronger Wingbits coverage in some regions and airports. We scope evaluation and delivery around the geography relevant to the partner.

What is the live-feed latency?

Wingbits offers P99 latency below one second for the live delivery path. That statement describes the 99th percentile and is not presented as a guarantee that every individual message arrives within one second.

What live-stream resolution is available?

Live distribution feeds are available with twice-per-second resolution, supporting detailed tracking and operational products that need frequent position updates.

Can a feed be limited to a town, city, airport, region, or country?

Yes. A partner can provide coordinates or a geographic requirement and receive a geographically scoped, or geofenced, live stream, avoiding the cost and complexity of ingesting a global feed only to discard unrelated data.

Which delivery methods does Wingbits support?

Current delivery options include REST API for request-based access, gRPC for typed service integration, and NATS for message-based live streaming. Custom agreements can also account for a provider-matched format when it is technically and commercially suitable.

Which Wingbits data products are available today?

The current distribution scope covers live flight data, historical flight data, TCAS and ACAS alerts, GPS-jamming signals, and custom feeds. Emerging concepts are not presented as available products.

Can Wingbits support custom formats or integration requirements?

Yes. Custom feeds can be shaped around geography, aircraft, events, transport, or downstream integration needs so partners receive the data needed for their product rather than an unnecessarily broad stream.

Can an agreement include an SLA and direct developer access?

Custom agreements can include a service-level agreement, direct access to the Wingbits development team, and a dedicated Slack channel when those elements are part of the negotiated deal.

How do distribution-partner revenue-share agreements work?

Qualified distribution agreements can use generous revenue-share models aligned with how the partner packages, sells, and supports Wingbits data. Exact commercial terms are agreed for each partnership.
